Our Founder
Emily Drew
With over 20 years of industry experience, Emily has partnered with start-ups and global enterprise organizations like Microsoft, Marketo, Box and Salesforce to deliver augmented go-to-market enablement, leadership and talent development success. She has an extensive background in sales, product marketing, and enablement which has granted her a specialised skill set for empowering entire go-to-marketing organizations (including sales leaders, sales development reps, account executives, solution engineers and customer success teams).
Most recently, Emily held a Senior Director of Enablement role at Salesforce. During her seven years at Salesforce, she held senior, global roles in sales programmes and Enablement, creating and leading incredibly successful programmes such as ‘Pipe Up!’, ‘Ready to Lead’, and the ‘Sales Excellence Academy’. As an advocate for women in sales, she’s also honoured to be a WISA award-winner.
Emily is a seasoned and certified trainer and coach. She is proud to have accrued hundreds of hours of training experience, as well as 800 hours of coaching, having coached 60+ leaders. She is based in the UK, but has worked with clients all over the world and continues to operate globally.
Emily’s Credentials: Emily is an ILM Level 7 Certified Exec coach and Certified ILM Train-the-Trainer. She is both a DiSC®and Leader Circle Profile certified practitioner. She is undertaking the CMI Level 7 Extended Diploma in Professional Consulting.
