Emily Drew
With over 20 years of industry experience, Emily has partnered with start-ups and global enterprise organisations like Microsoft, Marketo, Box and Salesforce to deliver go-to-market enablement, leadership and talent development success. She has an extensive background in sales, product marketing, talent development and enablement which has granted her a specialised skill set for empowering entire go-to-marketing organisations.
Emily is a certified coach and trainer. She is proud to have accrued over 1,000 hours of training delivery experience, in addition to 800 hours of coaching experience. She has coached 60+ leaders and mentored people of all levels—from intern to SVP level. She is based in the UK, but has worked with clients all over the world and continues to operate globally. Emily is a true multiplier, and her vision for Empowered was to leave any organisation she partners with better and more empowered than she found it.
